Return Policy: Every item sold by BONGTOWER is brand new. We do care about your order and we pack your records in high quality cardboard mailers. We do not refund or replace products for bends, seam splits, corner dings or any other minor damage. We sell vinyl records, this means cardboard and fragile wax with possible surface noise. We cannot be held accountable for Post delays, the weather in your country or mail hazard.
